I used it a few times a week ( I only have the 8\”electric coils ) and it works fine. Looks like NEW after months regular use. I never have used heat higher than 6 and mostly cook at around 5 1/2 (out of 10 max) . It’s a great pan for non stick, just take care of it. For example, only use wood spatula or spoon. I’m thinking about buying / trying the bigger size. I don’t know if it will heat evenly with a bigger size but I might try it.”

I was a little apprehensive to buy stainless pans, due to I knew there is a special way to cook with them, I tried once before years ago and had epic failure, this time I went to YouTube and found a man cooking with these pans and he said to cook them on low / med heat, nothing higher, before adding the oil do the water drop test, the water should turn into balls bouncing in the pan. The other thing I did not know was stainless steal pans are porous and you need to add more oil in the pan then your used to, I did a oil and butter combo. I made omelets this morning in the pan, I have a flat electric stove and my temp numbers are 2 to 8/high..I kept the heat on 4.5..I heated up the pan for about 4 minutes, then I did the water test, then I added my oil and coated the pan very well, honestly I think I put in 2 til spoons and a table spoon of real butter. Using non stick pans for most of my adult life you hardly put any oil in them so this was a little weird for me, But the omelets came out perfect! not greasy at all, very tasty and NO sticking at all in the pan. I love these pans. you can see by my pictures what the pan looks like after cooking 2 omelets and how it wiped clean before washing. I also wanted to mention, Im 67 years old female and Im still pretty strong but I didn’t want super heavy pans, these have a nice weight to them but not super light and not so heavy that I would need two hands to pick them up. you do have to assemble the handles to the pan, make sure to give that extra turn to make sure its on tight. Oh, the handle did not get hot.”

Customer Review: “I got the 12 inch version of this Magicfefe nonstick frying pan and lid, and so far I’m very happy with it. The design on the cooking surface is beautiful, and reminds me of cloisonné with metal design-lines separating ceramic sections. I doubt that the beautiful design helps the pan to be more effective in any way, but it doesn’t seem to diminish the nonstick functionality, nor the even heating. I buy cookware based on functionality, not beauty, but this pan is without a doubt the most beautiful cookware I’ve ever used in my 64 years of life. That’s a nice bonus, because so far, this pan (and lid) also function well.Per the well-written care instructions, I washed the pan with soapy water, dried it, and then seasoned it by lightly coating the inside of the pan with canola oil, and then heating the pan on medium heat (on my natural gas burner) for a few minutes until the oil just started to smoke. Then I let it cool completely before washing it again with soapy water. (According to the user manual, washing it when it’s hot can damage the cooking surface. I think the real damage would come from instantaneously cooling a hot cooking surface with cold water.)After I seasoned the pan, I sprinkled it with shredded cheddar cheese and heated the cheese to the point where it was slightly burnt in order to test the evenness of heating and the nonstick functionality. (See my photos.) The pan heated the cheese evenly and I was easily able to push the cheese off the pan with a bamboo spatula. Doing so made it look so clean that it looked as if it had been washed (as can be seen in my closeup photo). After I let it cool down, I also washed it again with soapy water. Then I coated it with olive oil and browned braciole (beef rolls) to create a dark crust on 4 sides. That worked perfectly, though I’d say that the outer edge of the pan seemed to brown quicker (at least with a gas flame). Then I added spaghetti sauce, lidded it, and simmered the braciole, served it, and let the pan cool before washing it again with soapy water. Again, it cleaned easily. The lid works well. I really couldn’t ask for much more from a pan.The handle needs to be attached using the included nuts and wrench. That was easy for me to do, and it seems secure. The handle and lid-handle remained cool while cooking.Time will tell if the nonstick coating remains viable. I’ve had other ceramic pans that were non-stick for a few months, but then lost their nonstick functionality. This pan seems to have a very different type of nonstick surface, that I THINK will remain viable for a long time. I will update this review if the pan fails to meet my expectations. But for now, I’m rating this pan & lid set 5-stars for functionality, price, and beauty.”

I have several Ceramic Fry Pans that are smaller but much, much lighter. As a petite Senior it takes two hands for me to move from stove when filled. Might be a great pan for someone stronger.
