Customer Review: Excellent frying pan, it completely exceeded my expectations. The hybrid combination of stainless steel with non-stick surface works wonderfully: the food does not stick and the cooking is uniform. The 9-inch size is perfect for daily use, and the included lid is a great plus for preparing different types of recipes. In addition, you can see the quality in the materials, it is resistant and easy to clean, even in the dishwasher. The design is modern and practical, and the handle feels comfortable and secure. Without a doubt, a highly recommended purchase for those looking for durability and good performance in the kitchen.
Customer Review: Right out of the box, you could feel the quality. These are heavy duty. I really feel like they will last, aren’t easy to scratch and can survive the dishwasher. That being said, I tried the egg test you see on infomercials for non-stick pans – they use no oil and the egg slides right off…. that didn’t work but does it ever in real life? I feel like that is all a gimmick. A little spray butter and they worked like a charm and had an easy cleanup. I had to talk my wife into these because they are a bit pricier than what we usually pay but I got tired of replacing the cheap ones. We always ended up having to scrub them after having them for a year or so and you couldn’t put them in the dishwasher or oven.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Disclaimer: I am an 80+ year old widower whose views might differ from a younger generation. I found this to be a sturdy, well-made, frying pan. You can spend a lot more but why when this is available for such an attractive price. Food doesn’t stick and clean up is a breeze.
Customer Review: I am not a chef or a full time cook generally. My wife got injured so I had to take over the cooking for a bit and she ordered this pan for me. Several months later and still using it and have not managed to mess it up yet, and not for a lack of trying. The non stick works as expected, not sure how to rate it other than it works. It cleans easily, but stuff does get caught on the 3 rivets inside but they are still easily cleaned. I have used this pan twice daily since i have gotten it and enjoy doing the cooking with it. It seems to heat evenly through out the pan. The handle cover (feels silicon like) is very nice and helps me hold the pan even when hot. My biggest surprise was doing eggs and seeing how they come out. The old pan we had the eggs would appear dark and crusty, but on this they eggs were white and appeared like a fake plastic egg (they were not just looked like one) and it tasted nice. Would definitely get another one if needed but will be getting the 12 inch one next for bigger meals.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is by far one of the best non-stick skillets I’ve used. It heats evenly, cooks with perfect results and cleanup can be as easy as wiping with a paper towel. The glass lid is high quality, the pan heavy enough to set solidly on the stove and not feel flimsy but not cumbersome in the least. I wasn’t sure about the white color when ordering but very pleased with it. There is no staining, no discoloration and no blackening of the bottom. The handle is very well made and fits perfectly. Overall, an absolute delight!
Customer Review: Unquestionably, the most outstanding non-stick cookware we have ever used! I bought this as a 2025 Christmas present for my wife. She absolutely loves it and we are amazed at how easily it cleans up no matter what we cook in it. After 3 months of everyday use, the photos I’ve shared corroborate that it still looks new, like the day we unboxed from the sturdy box in which SENSARTE carefully packages their products into. Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I’ve had other non-stick pans, but this one is so much better than those, they don’t even belong in the same category. I still use a little olive oil when I cook — habit — but I think that’s not really necessary. Even when the food starts to burn, it doesn’t stick. RE: food starts to burn — this pan cooks so much faster, and at lower heat, that it took some adjustments to my cooking. This pan cooks well with about 2/3rds the amount of heat as my other pans, in about 2/3rds the time. Now that I’ve figured all that out, I hardly ever burn the meat. Cleanup is a breeze. I wipe the pan with a damp paper towel as soon as I put the food on the plate, just to get rid of the leftover oil, sauce, whatever. (Probably not necessary, but I’d rather throw that stuff in the trash than run it down the drain.) When the pan is cool, I set it in the sink, add a few drops of dish liquid, fill it with water, and let it set for a while. I go back later and use a dishcloth or paper towel to rub the surface of the pan with the soapy water, rinse, and it’s done. There’s been no scrubbing necessary. (Maybe if I burned something to a crisp, but I haven’t done that.) I bought the 8-inch skillet for single-person meals (4 oz meat) and the 12-inch skillet for family-sized meals (1 lb. meat). I like them so much that I’ve just ordered the 11-inch flat griddle; I expect it’ll make reheating leftover pizza much easier. These pans are absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend them.
Customer Review: Excellent non-stick pan! Got this one for when my OXO 12” was just too big for the job, and this is now my easy-clean-up favorite.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I recently replaced non-stick cookware with stainless steel and I am so pleased that I did. Cuisinart is well made and cooks evenly. Important: get used to heating the pan first, then adding the oil until hot before adding what you want to cook. Your pan will cook like a non-stick with all the advantages of stainless steel.
Customer Review: This is a nice pan and lid. I made this a non-stick pan like I do with all of my frying and baking pans. They are never washed, just wiped out after each use and then quickly re-seasoned before each use. Washing destroys the non-stick surface and is unnecessary since bacteria can’t live through high-temperature frying and baking. To non-stick a new pan: before first use: wash and air dry. Then coat inside with the thinnest coat possible of cooking oil. Heat in a hot oven until the bottom and sides are brown and beginning to smoke. Let cool. Then rub out the browned oil in the bottom with a clean nylon scrubbing pad (leave the sides alone and brown). Even after rubbing off all of the browned oil in the bottom of the pan that you can see the tiniest pores in the bottom of the new pan will remain filled with the browned cooking oil (canola or soybean or real salt free butter or lard. It makes no difference.) Then wipe out with a paper towel. You are done seasoning a good new stainless pan! You can do this with older pan but if they are scarred it will take more applications. Now, each time before you fry, put the very thinnest coat of oil you can in the bottom of the pan and heat the pan on the stove top burner. This will take a couple of minutes. Watch during this pre-seasoning and you will see the swirls of oil that you applied begin to draw up into tiny droplets. When that happens you are done. If it begins to smoke you are more than done and heated it a little more than necessary but it doesn’t hurt. This take ~3 minutes during which I might be peeling potatoes or breading chicken,… Let the pan cool and then begin your normal frying process: put in your cooking oil, heat it to the proper temperature, and then put your food in and cook. When the food is done and removed from the pan let the pan cool and then wipe it out with a paper towel before putting it away. Don’t use metal utensils, spatulas, turners… They will mar the non-stick surface and scratch the stainless steel. I have non-stick wooden and fiberglass coated with high temperature silicon utensils. The nylon spatulas are ok and non-stick but most melt too easily.

Complete Buying Guide for Best Chef Quality Frying Pan
Essential Factors We Consider
When selecting the best chef quality frying pan, key factors include material quality, heat distribution, non-stick coating type, handle comfort, and durability. Stainless steel pans are prized for durability and searing ability, while non-stick and ceramic coatings offer easy cleanup and low-fat cooking. Consider oven and dishwasher compatibility, as well as handle ergonomics and heat resistance for safety and comfort.
Budget Planning
Chef quality frying pans vary widely in price. High-end pans with hybrid surfaces or forged construction often come at a premium but offer excellent longevity and performance. Ceramic and basic non-stick options are more affordable but may require replacement sooner. Assess your cooking frequency and needs to find a balance between cost and durability.
Final Thoughts
Investing in a quality frying pan can transform your cooking experience. Prioritize pans that offer even heating, reliable non-stick performance, and comfortable handling. Whether you prefer stainless steel or ceramic, a good frying pan improves meal quality and kitchen efficiency, making it a worthwhile addition to your cookware collection.
