I used it a few times a week ( I only have the 8\”electric coils ) and it works fine. Looks like NEW after months regular use. I never have used heat higher than 6 and mostly cook at around 5 1/2 (out of 10 max) . It’s a great pan for non stick, just take care of it. For example, only use wood spatula or spoon. I’m thinking about buying / trying the bigger size. I don’t know if it will heat evenly with a bigger size but I might try it.”

Customer Review: “I cannot say enough good things about this Mueller Fry Pan. I discovered the brand/style several years ago when vacationing with friends. I had to check out the brand because it cooked over-easy eggs perfectly — better than any other alleged nonstick pan I’ve used. So I bought one and fell in love with it. Again, the surface is so slick it would make ice envious. I’ve used my first one for probably five years, and finally the coating just wore out, so I recently purchased this one, my second. I texted my vacation friends with the old-new pan photos, and and the wife laughed and said they were also ready to replace theirs. These are awesome pans. In addition to the coating, the heavy base heats evenly and holds the heat well. Instructions say you don’t have to cook above medium, and I’ve found that to be 100% accurate on my electric range. They are also easy to clean; I suggest following the initial seasoning instructions (also a breeze). I would highly recommend this to anyone, and I will probably give a few to friends this Christmas.”

It is truly non-stick, and I have not needed much oil to keep the burning at a bare minimum. I have found that my dishes come out WAY better, and I haven’t gotten any more experienced at cooking, so I credit the product 100%. The pan comes with a glass lid so you can watch the magic happen, and the set is a nice heavy weight. I try very hard to only use silicone cookware to prevent scratches, scrapes and damage. So far, I have had no issues whatsoever. Because of the non-stick quality, clean up is so quick and easy. I like that the handles are anchored without having the bolts going clear through to the interior of the pan.
