Customer Reviews

Customer Review: “I recently cooked with the Magnifique 5 Quart Flami Pot with Lid and it exceeded my expectations in both performance and everyday usability. This pot stands out primarily because it’s made from natural clay and PFAS‑free ceramic, meaning you’re cooking without synthetic coatings or questionable chemicals — a big plus if healthful, non‑toxic cookware matters to you. The clay material heats evenly and gently, producing rich, well‑developed flavors whether I was simmering a stew, baking a casserole, or roasting vegetables. At 5 quarts, it’s a versatile size for family meals or meal prep — roomy enough for hearty one‑pot dishes without being so bulky that it’s hard to handle. I especially loved how it performs on the stovetop and in the oven: soups and braises developed deep flavor, and bread baked with a crisp crust thanks to the even heat retention. The included lid fits snugly, which helped lock in moisture and made slow‑cooked dishes incredibly tender.Aesthetic and practical details matter, too. The warm brown‑sugar finish looks lovely on the table, so you can cook and serve in the same pot without feeling like you need to transfer to a separate dish. Cleanup was easier than I expected for clay — it rinsed clean without stubborn residue, and occasional gentle scrubbing brought it right back to ready. If there’s one consideration, clay cookware does require a bit more mindful handling (no sudden temperature shocks), but for anyone who loves slow cooking, rustic baking, and healthier cookware, this pot delivers beautiful results with excellent flavor and a timeless look.”

Customer Review: “I was looking for a big pot that was versatile for me to cook soup, big casseroles, and even pudding. I have a 5.5 qt enameled cast iron pot, but I wanted something easier to lift that would offer more versatility in the kitchen. This clay pot seemed to be a good choice. I like that it’s substantial, but not overly heavy. I like that it’s attractive and a really beautiful addition to my kitchen. One of the things I like best, however, is the way it cooks. It heats up evenly and holds the temperature remarkably well. I made soup, turned off the stove and then prepared the rest of my meal. When it was time to eat, my soup was still hot! I also love that this pan does not contain forever chemicals. Prior to finding this pot, I knew nothing about kaolin clay. After researching this pan, I learned that this clay does not leach chemicals into my food. It also doesn’t react chemically to acidic or alkaline foods. This pan removes all the worry so that I can focus on the important task of making healthy food for my family. I’m a fan! I understand this brand makes a slow cooker, so that’s now on my wish list.”

Customer Review: “Awesome products! 6 qt is great size Dutch Oven ! Love the steamer insert also! I have multiple size skillets and pots! Sturdy and well made! A breeze to clean! Nothing sticks! But their packaging for shipping is overkill! You need a mechanical engineering degree to access the product through so much heavy duty cardboard packaging! , which Ned withstand a tornado hitting it!! Expensive products but should outlast daily use for many years!❤️”

Customer Review: “I love using cast iron cookware. And I bought this cast iron Dutch Oven specifically for making sourdough bread – to my surprise it even came with a recipe and “how-to” booklet (along with the user manual for the Dutch oven). Customer Reviews

Customer Review: “Heavy duty. Nice cast iron. Works great for my soups. I did not find it super easy to clean. Will be able to use for many different recipes. This is heavy weighted. I got a great deal.”

Customer Review: “The perfect Dutch oven that can do it all and then some! I needed a Dutch oven for Sourdough bread making, but I wanted one I could use for multiple purposes. I\’ve always liked the weight and flavors that come from using a cast iron skillet, making this a perfect choice. I love how the lid also works as a skillet! I can brown meat in it and make a stew. I can mix up a casserole and then bake it in the same dish. It saves you from dirtying up half a dozen dishes for one meal. It\’s baking capacity it perfect! For sourdough bread, you can put the loaf in the top or bottom either one. The difference between this unit and an iron skillet, is if you are using it for means instead of just baking bread and using parchment paper, you do have to care for it properly or it will rust. That is not the fault of the product. Cast iron heats evenly, holds heat, can be placed over a fire if camping, is very versatile, and will last forever when taken care of properly. NEVER use a cooking spray on cast iron, it\’s like some kind of glue that never comes off, it\’s cast iron\’s kryptonite. Only use oil or butter.”

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: “Lovely and easy to use! I had an enameled cook ware set years ago and ruined it with burnt food and scratches trying to get it cleaned. It also chipped really bad. This Dutch oven is a whole ‘nother type of pan. It is made of cast iron with enamel on the inside and on the outside. It is very heavy so I don’t think I will use the little triangular hot pads that came with it. They are meant to go over the handles but mine seem a little small. I have some mitts with silicone on them that grips the pan much better. The enamel lining works really good to get any stuck on food off. The instructions said to use a nylon brush and nylon scrapper and that worked really well. The pan holds heat really well with even heating. It is oven safe so perfect for “finishing in the oven” when needed. The instructions also said not to slide it on the stove top so I am careful to lift it if needed. I bought this item in a bundle with a black cast on pot with a skillet lid. Food sticks to the black cast iron really bad and we had to scrub it a lot and re-season it afterwards. Not with this pan, it scrubbed up beautifully. I want another small enameled cast iron pan and they are hard to find as most of them are much larger, like 7 qts. Some are enameled only on the outside too. I am very impressed with the enameled interior and will keep looking for a fry pan similar to this Dutch oven.”

Customer Review: “This is a wonderful pan. Very convenient to go from stove to oven. Heavy and sturdy. Love it. Made a beautiful shepherds pie.”
