Several months later and still using it and have not managed to mess it up yet, and not for a lack of trying.The non stick works as expected, not sure how to rate it other than it works. It cleans easily, but stuff does get caught on the 3 rivets inside but they are still easily cleaned. I have used this pan twice daily since i have gotten it and enjoy doing the cooking with it.It seems to heat evenly through out the pan. The handle cover (feels silicon like) is very nice and helps me hold the pan even when hot.My biggest surprise was doing eggs and seeing how they come out. The old pan we had the eggs would appear dark and crusty, but on this they eggs were white and appeared like a fake plastic egg (they were not just looked like one) and it tasted nice. Would definitely get another one if needed but will be getting the 12 inch one next for bigger meals.”

I really feel like they will last, aren’t easy to scratch and can survive the dishwasher.That being said, I tried the egg test you see on infomercials for non-stick pans – they use no oil and the egg slides right off…. that didn’t work but does it ever in real life? I feel like that is all a gimmick. A little spray butter and they worked like a charm and had an easy cleanup.I had to talk my wife into these because they are a bit pricier than what we usually pay but I got tired of replacing the cheap ones. We always ended up having to scrub them after having them for a year or so and you couldn’t put them in the dishwasher or oven.”

Customer Review: “Wow. We got a set of pans for Christmas about 5 years ago. Had the 12”, 10” and 8”. The warranty was a lifetime warranty. We have had the 12” replaced at least 3 times. And the coating in the very center of two of the replacements failed. All three pans warped. And, by the way, the pans weigh a ton. The last pan replaced came with a notice that the pans in the set are limited to a 10 year warranty now. So apparently the number of replacements people requested was putting a dent in their profits.I finally broke down and bought a new version of the 12” pan. What a delight, it looks exactly the same as the old pans but much lighter. The heat dissipates quickly cause less chance of warping. The cost less too. I was so pleased, I bought the 10” and the 8” to replace the old ones. The old lids fit the new pans too. Time will tell on the coating, but so far I am very pleased.”
