I preferred the nonstick cooking surface over the stockpot. The nonstick surface allowed me to brown my ground beef with my chopped onions at the same time then add my other ingredients to the same pot without having to dirty up several pots and pans. The lid made everything so much easier and saved on cook time. The pan cleaned up easily with mild soap and a dish cloth. The chili came superb with no worries of it sticking or burning, which can happen more easily in the stock pot. I only use silicone and wooden utensils, so I don’t worry about scratching the surface of my nonstick or ceramic coated pans.”
